How can FIBO integrate into the existing Data ecosystem in the company

Dhivya Venkatachalam headed up the Data Governance Practice at Schroders. She is passionate about holistic data capability in the enterprise and has managed all facets of data in the enterprise - data management, governance, architecture and the data in projects. She has been instrumental in defining the Data and Information Strategies, establishing enterprise information management strategy roadmaps and managing the delivery of complex information-centric transformation programs. Dhivya, as part of the holistic data strategy has set up data governance and stewardship at Schroders, established Business and IT data ownership, moderated the data steering group and data stewards, and acted as custodian of the data and information ecosystem. The data governance program maps every data attribute and entity in the enterprise to a very clear owner and an associated steward. This creates accountability at every level and promotes a data discipline in the company.
